I am trying to find a way to set up a default outgoing email page that would have my actual signature on the bottom. Instead of saying sent from my iphone I want it to say sent by Dawn Morgan ( which is saved in my photos on my phone and my ibook).

How can I accompish this task? I know there is always a solution but I am stumped at this point. Ive been working on this for months. Can you please assist me.

@Jeff Turner: The two letterhead templates are the same, except for the background image – correct? If so, could you merge them, and have them behave as the “Daisies” template does, where if you click in the background, it changes the color scheme for the template?

This way, you have one stationary file, but multiple unique looks possible when choosing it. Possible?

As stated on the other thread (http://www.technosanity.com/2007/10/27/editing-mac-mail-stationery):

Note that users may not wish to modify the:

/Library/Application\ Support/Apple/Mail/Stationery/Apple/Contents/Resources/

…location (starting from the root of the hard drive) with their own creations, but instead should place custom entries within their own home folder, at the following path:

~/Library/Application\ Support/Mail/Stationery/Apple/Contents/Resources/

(where “~” represents your home folder).

This way, they will be more-easily portable via Migration Assistant, are directly a part of this single user’s environment (so a problem won’t modify behavior for any other users on the system), etc. This user-specific path is created for you if you use Mail’s “File -> Save as Stationery…” command.
