cre8Buzz : : I just signed up to test this out today. I did so at the urging of Bill Gassett, who thinks this one is going to take off. I’m not convinced of that yet, but you can bet I’ll come back and let you know my thoughts once I’ve had a chance to live in it a bit.
As with any social netowrk, you have to actually work at it a bit to see if it will have any legs. Facebook it’s not, that I can tell you right now. My first few video uploads resulted in some very poor quality video, but the developers were quick to communicate that the issues were on their end and they were working on it.
The blog platform is weak, really weak. If there is an RSS feed, I can’t find it and the tools don’t allow for any styling of text or insertion of html. But hey, it’s beta.

Jeff - Your opinion is valuable. I agree with you that the blog platform is weak. Also one of the 1st things that I mentioned to the Antman, who is one of the execs is that there needed to be an RSS feed.
As you mention it is still in beta and there are quite a few kinks to be worked out. If some of these things are worked up the site will be greatly improved. There are quite a few good members from Active Rain now signed up so we shall see if it becomes a decent social site.
