Wow, this is amazing. I'm quadriplegic, and I use a variety of input devices (hardware and software) to communicate with my Mac... depending on the day and task, and how strong I'm feeling, I might be using a keyboard and mouse, a Wacom tablet and Inkwell, an on-screen keyboard (with either), or speech-recognition. Having those different options allows me to stay productive regardless of my body's agenda.

And now I can add this to my toolbox as well! I imagine it'll be particularly useful when I'm actually using my MBP as a portable... no more lugging around a bag of peripherals just to go to Starbucks!

Wow that is really cool, I had no idea you could do that with the iphone. Are you tethered or is this a wireless option? I ask because I am presenting an electrical contractor seminar with Fred Gleeck in a few months and this would be a very cool thing to control the computer through the iphone. I have a wireless mouse too but it's just one extra thing to bring. If you are tethered do you know of a way to make it wireless?
Congrats on being resourceful and making your work, work for you.
Hope you get fixed up soon
